Chase Senn PGA Professional

Chase was born and raised in nearby Leesburg, FL and has had the opportunity to see The Villages grow to what it is today. After graduating from the University of Florida in 2010 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration - Marketing; Chase decided to get into the golf business spending 4 years as a Golf Professional at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail Oxmoor Valley And the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club respectively. In April of 2020 he made his way to The Villages working at Mallory Hill CC and then Glenview Champions CC in October of 2021. Chase is now the Head Golf Professional at Shallow Creek Golf Club, the Villages 14th Championship course. He was elected as a PGA Member in September 2019 and strives to continue the mission of growing this great game. Chase is happily married to his wife Shelby and has two children Kendall and Cameron whom he loves spending time with. He is an avid golfer and enjoys getting out on the course and meeting new people. Chase looks forward to seeing you at the club and hopes to make your experience a great one!

Desi Trabucco Golf Staff Lead

Hometown: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Desi Trabucco, originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has resided in The Villages, Florida full-time since his retirement in 2016. Prior to moving to Florida, Desi worked in the construction industry for over 35 years and enjoyed living in multiple states across the USA. When he is not golfing, he likes to spend time with his wife, Angie and travel to the many beaches that Florida has to offer. Desi is a proud parent to his two children; Michael (of Northern Virginia) and Dana (of Lancaster, Pennsylvania). He has four wonderful grandchildren and loves spending time with them. Brian StubblefieldGolf Staff Lead

Hometown:Chattanooga, Tennessee

My wife and I are originally from Chattanooga, TN and moved to the villages in 2022. We have been married for 44 years and have 2 married sons and one grandson. After college I joined in my fathers commercial earth moving business. We dissolved the business after 48 years, and I began project management for a large general contractor building all over the US. Semi retiring in 2016 we moved to the panhandle east of Destin and I acquired my Florida general contractors license where I built both commercial buildings and residential vacation homes in the 30A area. We love The Villages and all the outdoor opportunities, especially golf for me and biking, walking and golf for my wife. We both also enjoy reading and watching the Braves play baseball. I have worked as outside staff at Bonifay and Shallow Creek for the first 8 months of its opening. I become a Staff Lead at Evans Prairie and am now excited about the opportunity to serve my coworkers and residents at Shallow Creek. I always enjoying visiting with or residents and guests and seeing them enjoy all we have to offer especially the abundance of sunshine.

Henry Blake Golf Staff Lead

Hometown: Dryden, New York

Henry Blake grew up in Dryden, New York before moving to RI in 1991. It was there that he met his wife, Pam, and had their daughter, Lex. His working career started as a mechanic, a carpenter, then 25 years for Dell Technologies. They spent time living in RI and CT before deciding to move in 2019 to The Villages. There, they found a love for golf. That enthusiasm led him to work at Glenview CC then to join the team at Shallow Creek.

Keith Sill Golf Staff Lead

Hometown: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Born in Pittsburgh, Keith moved at an early age to Boynton Beach,Fl. He graduated from Atlantic High School in 1973, obtained his Journeyman license, and entered the field of electrical construction. Starting in 1986 Keith worked at The School District of Palm Beach County as a senior electrical/electronics tech until retiring in 2021. Keith and his wife Carolyn live in Citrus Grove. Between them, they have 4 children, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Keith and Carolyn are living the dream, spending their days golfing, going to different beaches, traveling and spending time with family and friends
